These sessions are designed specifically for new mums aiming to provide a supportive, flexible, and very real-life friendly environment.
Totally baby-friendly: bring a pram, capsule, mat, bouncer… whatever works for you
Feed, settle, cuddle, pause without the stress
You move when you can, rest when you need
Rebuild strength safely (especially core + pelvic floor)
