What to expect in an Ultra Pilates class:

These sessions are designed specifically for new mums aiming to provide a supportive, flexible, and very real-life friendly environment.

  • Totally baby-friendly: bring a pram, capsule, mat, bouncer… whatever works for you

  • Feed, settle, cuddle, pause without the stress

  • You move when you can, rest when you need

  • Rebuild strength safely (especially core + pelvic floor)

  • Connect with other mums who get it

  • And yes… most weeks we head for a coffee after ☕️💛
