At Ultra Pilates, we have eight expertly crafted dynamic reformer classes, each designed to deliver you a balanced, full-body Pilates experience. Our classes are intentionally programmed in 8-week training blocks, each strategically designed class to build your strength, deliver real results and elevate your overall fitness.
Whether its Strength, Pilates Flow or Circuit-Based Training, our classes evolve week by week, progressing alongside you to maximise your results. We’re redefining Pilates, so that you’re working smarter, feeling stronger and moving better week after week. Our classes will develop your lean muscle, encourage better posture, improve your flexibility and provide you with the ultimate burn.

FORM
FORM is slow, controlled and technical. Expect a strong emphasis on cueing, alignment and engagement. Our expert instructors will provide hands-on guidance, and practical tips to apply in all our other classes. It's time to master the foundations. Form is perfect for those new to Pilates, recovering, or needing to reconnect to their core and body awareness.

STRENGTH
Our STRENGTH class uses the principles of progressive overload to get you strong and build lean muscle. Each class will have a focus on either the upper body, lower body or full body, with strength movements both on and off the reformer. Expect use of heavy springs and dumbbells, and progressive repetition based programming. While STRENGTH is not a high intensity heart rate class, you will overload the muscles and still feel the Pilates burn that you all know and love.

CIRCUIT
Take it up a level with CIRCUIT! This high intensity reformer class uses bodyweight and dynamic reformer movements to challenge your cardiovascular fitness. Designed around timer-based formats like EMOMs and AMRAPs experience non-stop movement and higher repetitions. This fun, fast paced workout is not for the faint-hearted, so be ready to find your limits, and push right past them! Due to the high heart rates experienced in this class, this class is not suitable for prenatal clients.

SIGNATURE
Our SIGNATURE flow class brings together your favourite reformer movements with progressive sequencing and creative transitions. With multiple spring options and a variety of layers offered, this class accommodates all clients. Think strong start, spicy finish and seamless movement from start to end. If you're newer to Pilates, we recommend completing a FORM class prior.

JUMP
If you're ready to start adding cardio into your Pilates routine try our JUMP class. Designed around the Pilates Jumpboard, a low impact prop, you'll get your heart rate up and increase muscular endurance. Great for those who want to pick up the pace, without the impact on your joints. The perfect teaser to CIRCUIT. Also suitable for confident pregnant clients - jumpboard exercises might feel different each week.

FUSION
Our FUSION class will encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and put your Pilates practice to the challenge. Expect, a 50/50 spilt between MAT and REFORMER exercises. This class combines the best of both Pilates modalities to help elevate your balance, stability and strength. Just like our other classes, you will experience an energetic environment, and feel the burn throughout your whole body.

DELOAD
A restorative class for when your body needs a moment. In DELOAD FLOW expect gentle movement, lower intensity and recovery-based flows. Perfect after a big week or when you're in need of a reset Strategically programmed throughout the block, to give you the best training results. No matter how long you've been practicing Pilates, everyone will benefit from incorporating this class into their routine..

MUMS & BUBS
A supportive class is designed for pre & postnatal mums who are ready to ease back into movement safely and confidently. With a focus on rebuilding strength, reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor, and improving overall mobility, this session is all about feeling good in your body again. Expect low-impact, Pilates-based movement tailored to your recovery journey, all while your bub relaxes in a calm, nurturing environment. Come as you are — we’ve got you.
