Our ‘STARTER PASS’ is the best place to start. You can download our Ultra Pilates App and create an account, here you will be prompted to purchase our STARTER PASS, which will give you 3x class credits to use within a 9-days period (your 9-day period begins from your first attended class).

In all our classes we offer three levels so that you can adapt the class to your abilities. However, if you’ve never done dynamic reformer before, we suggest starting with a FORM or SIGNATURE class to allow you to build your confidence on the reformer and in our studio before attending other class types.

Firstly, make sure you have a valid pass. Once you have a valid pass, you can select your preferred class time and book. Our schedule opens 7-days in advance, allowing you to plan your week and secure a spot in your chosen time. Simply click the ‘book class’ button and you’re good to go. You can choose to save your booked class times to your calendar so you don’t forget to attend!

If your preferred class is full, pop yourself on the waitlist! By placing yourself on the waitlist, you will be notified by text or email as soon as a spot becomes available. Should you reply YES to the text/email, you will confirm your place in the class, and a session will be deducted from your pass just as it would for a normal booking. If you no longer wish to attend the waitlisted class, simply reply NO to the text/email and the next person on the waitlist will be offered the place. you will have 2-hours to action this

There is a maximum of 10 participants per group class, and 8 participants in our MUMS & BUBS classes.

Cancellations for booked classes can be made up to 10-hours prior to your class starting to avoid forfeiting your session. Cancellations can be made online via our Schedule Page or the UP App. If you cancel you will be charged a $10.00 ‘Late Cancel’ fee. Please know that this fee is manually charged to your account, so if something out of the ordinary has occurred, we ask that you message us directly to avoid this charge.

We try to keep our schedule as regular as possible, however, sometimes things change. For any schedule and/or trainer changes, we aim to provide our clients with 1 weeks’ notice via our schedule. In the case of an emergency, some changes may be made within this 2-week period.

Item descriptIn the event you miss a class that you have booked into, you will be charged a $10.00 ‘No Show’ fee . To avoid being charged, we recommend you cancel yourself out of the class within 10-hours of it starting. Our no-show policy is in place to keep it fair and ensure all clients have the best opportunity to participate in a class. ion

Refunds are not permitted on any of the passes offered at Ultra Pilates. Exceptions can be made for injuries or medical conditions should adequate certification be provided.

Classes may only be used by the individual booked into the class.
Clients must be 16 years or older to participate.
Our instructors maintain the right to refuse entry to a class if you arrive 10 minutes after the class has commenced. This ensures you are adequately warmed up so we can ensure safe exercise, and reduce class disturbance.
Mobile phones are not to be used during class. However, we encourage selfies, hashtags and check-ins before and after class.
Our group classes follow the strict policy of no children, with the exception of our MUMS & BUBS and Private classes. Clients who bring children to our regular group classes will be refused entry.
Wipes are provided at the end of every class to uphold our gorgeous studio's hygiene. Please assist our instructors and wipe down your reformer.
Please ensure medical clearance has been provided for any injuries, conditions or pregnancies, before your first session.
